The first attorney who agreed to take my case dropped out one week late. The second attorney gave up after doing some cursory investigation. Suffice it to say that this was not a "big pocket" case. Still, you came on board and took my case. Thank you for that and for being my advocate. 

This case went into its fourth year before being settled earlier this year. As I explained to you, it was never about the money, but in seeing the dog owner being liable. Despite the length of time this took to settle, I took immense comfort in knowing that you were handling my case and seeking justice. For me, it wasn't necessarily about the result, but it was about the fight for justice. if that makes sense. I know in court cases, there were so many unknowns and things that are uncomfortable. Anything could happen and it can go either way. I was confident that you were doing what was best for me.

Writing reviews online never made sense to me. If there was a good outcome, the review is positive; if the result is negative, the review probably won't be good. In June of 2021, I was rear-ended in traffic on Hwy 50. I sustained back and head injuries (concussion, and laceration that required staples in my head). I was lucky to walk out of the accident as I was hit in standstill traffic at about 70 mph. Even though I have a background in insurance and know how the process works, I wanted to hire an attorney since my time was limited, and it was definitely worth it. They knew things that I didn't. But most importantly, referred me to care providers to help with my injuries and to help monitor any long-term damage. I was hesitant about some procedures just due to my culture, but the care providers and the attorney assured me it is in my best interest to go through them for my health. I was naïve to the fact that my accident and injuries were far from normal, coming from an athletic collegiate wrestling background, I always toughed things out. But with their help, I got the help I needed for my injuries and they did an amazing job in the settlement, negotiating with the insurance company, providers, and communicating with me to get a fair and reasonably quick settlement. Unfortunately, no one can bring back the first truck I ever bought on my own, I have a scar to remember and lasting back pain, but I am grateful for the work they did to hold the at-fault party liable for my damages.
