Alina Bulgakova
Attorney Alina Bulgakova has dedicated her legal career to advocating for injury victims and guiding them through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Her passion for litigation started at just four years old, and since then, her focus has never shifted.
After earning her degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University, she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento and was later sworn in as an attorney in California.
Before becoming an attorney, Alina spent years as a paralegal and later as a certified law student at Triumph Law, P.C., where she negotiated settlements, prepared for trial, and helped manage firm operations under the supervision of Attorney Robert Carichoff. That hands-on experience cemented her commitment to personal injury law and prepared her to fiercely advocate for her clients today.
What to Expect From Attorney Bulgakova
Alina is known for her determination, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to client results. She takes pride in achieving maximum compensation before litigation whenever possible, reducing stress and delays for injured individuals. She has successfully negotiated pre-litigation settlements of up to $500,000, helping clients secure the medical treatment and financial recovery they need to move forward.
Clients regularly describe Alina as someone with grit. She refuses to settle for less than what she believes her clients deserve, especially those who are indigent or financially impacted by their injuries. Alina believes strongly in the importance of legal representation, particularly when insurance companies attempt to undervalue claims from individuals without an attorney.
Additional Legal Experience and Community Involvement
In addition to her legal practice, Alina is a certified notary with the National Notary Association and is actively involved with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in Sacramento. She is passionate about community service and continues to support victims of impaired driving while balancing her work as a litigator and case strategist.
Alina lives by the motto, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, traveling, watching true crime, and spending time with her dog and her nieces and nephews.
