Alina Bulgakova

Alina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento, before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Following her legal studies, she was admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Alina gained extensive hands-on experience as a paralegal and later as a certified law student. Alina played an integral role in personal injury matters, negotiating settlements, assisting with trial preparation, and supporting firm operations under the mentorship of Attorney Robert Carichoff. This practical experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process and strengthened her commitment to advocating for injury victims.

Today, Alina combines her legal knowledge, litigation experience, and client-centered approach to pursue favorable outcomes for those affected by serious injuries.
